Serums & actives
Vitamin C, retinol and peptide formulations that degrade on contact with air.
Premium
Airless systems
A rising vacuum piston replaces the dip tube, so no air enters the chamber as product leaves. That matters for vitamin C, retinol, peptides and any actives that oxidise on contact with air — and it lets formulators reduce preservative load. Over 95% of the fill evacuates, versus roughly 85% on a dip-tube pump.

Where it's used
Vitamin C, retinol and peptide formulations that degrade on contact with air.
Topical treatments where a closed system reduces contamination risk between uses.
Emulsions that separate or oxidise, kept stable through the life of the pack.
High-value creams where evacuating over 95% of an expensive fill changes unit economics.
Options we supply
Airless performance is sensitive to viscosity — too thick and the piston lags behind the dose. Tell us your formulation's viscosity and we'll send samples in the likely capacities so you can verify piston travel and dosage before committing.
